An established charity with head offices in Cardiff but projects across Wales, Llamau has been working for over 30 years to offer support, help, accommodation and housing advice to homeless and vulnerable young people and women in Wales.

Rent Smart Wales process landlord registrations and grant licences to landlords and agents who need to comply with the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. Their website includes a public register, which you can check to see if your landlord is complying with the legislation.

Your local authority will have a housing department that can help with all sorts of enquiries.

This includes applying for housing, support for vulnerable tenants and what to do if you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
